Job summary

Dnp Imagingcomm America Corporation in Concord, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to collect, analyze, and report data that drives continuous improvement across production. You will leverage SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel within ERP contexts and IIoT data streams to support cross-functional decision making.

The role emphasizes dashboard creation, data visualization, and training others on new tools and processes to optimize operations and internal workflows.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technology/engineering/business analytics discipline or 3+ years in data analytics in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS; capable of linking to Access.
• Experience debugging VBA and developing data collection, presentation, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish/improve tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends related to cost, variance, and efficiency in each production process.
• Develop and support SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel based applications used in daily operations.
• Support plant connectivity through IIoT and Cloud Data Services for informed decision making.
• Collaborate with IT on ERP structure, security, integration, and support of software/hardware solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve the SIOP process (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning).
• Create interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization and critical process information.
• Develop, implement, and train others on technology/tools to optimize internal processes and work instructions.
• Manage project tools such as Smartsheet and RPA for desktop applications.
