Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Managed Care Claims Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and ensure financial accuracy. You will process claims, rebates, and contracts while developing analyses to drive decisions across rebate operations and reporting functions.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor data integrity, and identify opportunities for process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to partner effectively across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of managed care claims, rebates, payments, validations, reporting, and contract administration activities.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, exchange information, and deliver outstanding customer support.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, processes, logs, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify business opportunities, risks, and performance drivers while recommending actionable solutions.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting effectiveness.
