Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking an Auditor to join its Internal Audit team in Cranberry Township. The role focuses on SOx 404 testing with exposure to data analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance audit procedures.

You will plan and execute financial, operational, and IT audits, identify control gaps, and contribute to QAIP while maintaining required CPE. Strong analytical skills and ITGC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOx, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Familiarity with ITGCs, cybersecurity concepts, and tech risks.
• Experience using data analytics, automation, or AI tools in audits.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOx 404 control testing per Audit methodology and audits.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve audit efficiency.
• Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Identify control gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support QAIP and maintain required CPE.
