Job summary

Hamilton Insurance Group is seeking a Senior IT Internal Auditor to support the organization’s SOX compliance program and contribute to risk-based internal IT audits and advisory engagements. The role focuses on IT General Controls, automated controls, and IT-dependent controls, with a hybrid setup three days in the Richmond, VA home office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, execution, and completion of IT audits across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and data governance.
• Test IT general controls, automated controls, and IT-dependent controls for operating effectiveness.
• Assist in annual IT risk assessment and IT audit planning.
• Collaborate with IT, control owners and external auditors to coordinate testing.
• Support special projects and maintain confidentiality of information.
