You will own revenue growth through strategic plans, manage client pipelines with CRM and AI tools, and collaborate with service teams to maximize cross-sell opportunities, with an on-site presence in California.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role (insurance preferred).
• Active Property and Casualty license in California.
• Experience with market expansion and leveraging technology to enter new markets; familiarity with CRM and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Business Development: Build a qualified pipeline, convert leads, and meet quota while developing strategic growth plans using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.
