Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a high-potential Business Analytics Intern to gather, interpret, and visualize data that measures marketing performance and drives customer engagement, conversion, and growth. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a pathway to a full-time rotational program after graduation.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage AI-enabled insights, and complete a capstone project presented to senior executives as part of the MACX Business Analytics cohort.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation of December 2027 or spring 2028.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize large data sets.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize data to produce predictive insights for business strategies.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
• Create and present data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.
