Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Insights & Analytics Consultant to partner with leaders across Consumer Banking, Growth Studio, and enterprise teams. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive business performance.

You will lead analytics initiatives from discovery to insight generation, measurement, and visualization, serving as a trusted advisor to business partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience consulting with business stakeholders and translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics & Business Partnership: define analytical approaches and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Data Analysis & Insights: analyze large datasets, develop KPI frameworks, and synthesize insights into business recommendations.
• Advanced Analytics & Experimentation: design experiments, apply statistical techniques, and support predictive analytics initiatives.
• Business Intelligence & Visualization: develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; automate reporting processes.
• Collaboration & Leadership: mentor analysts and collaborate with Technology, Data Engineering, and Governance teams.
