Job summary

BeReal is seeking a Head of Growth in Paris to scale the global user base and lead a 3+ person growth team. You will drive growth across paid UA, PLG, partnerships, influencer marketing, ASO, and more, reporting to the CEO.

You are a data-driven leader with 3+ years’ experience in consumer apps, fluent in English, and capable of working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Paris.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in driving growth for consumer-facing digital products, preferably social media or mobile apps.
• You understand the mobile growth ecosystem in detail and branding performance.
• You are data-driven, growth-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth strategy to scale BeReal's user base across channels (paid UA, product-led growth, partnerships, PR, content, influencer marketing, organic growth, community management, ASO).
• Drive execution of the growth plan and coordinate with cross-functional/product teams.
• Conduct systematic data analysis to measure channel performance, prioritize initiatives, and identify opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify innovative activations.
