Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems or general business/informatics.
• Very detailed oriented.
• Effective communication to collect, analyze and present data to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, logic statements, advanced filtering).
• Willingness to work in a team and independently to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with accounting principles, finance terminology and systems languages.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach and adaptability to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, report, and communicate financial & data analytics.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Sales and Operations to understand data needs and prepare reporting packages.
• Provide financial analytical support to month-end close, product costing/customer pricing, inventory/purchasing analytics, sales and production/operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and consistency of systems and processes.
• Partner with departments for analytics, metrics development and forecasting.
• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and internal management reports with analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses for Leadership requests.

Education
