Job summary

Ryan Specialty is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure the accuracy of financial data, analyze information, and help the organization make informed financial decisions. You will develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, and reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 6 months of relevant experience. CPA or CFA is preferred, and applicants should be prepared to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and financial performance.
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports for management, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements and work towards their implementation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide financial insights.
