Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or related finance function.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets and financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to identify key drivers of business performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare financial models, reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Perform P&L analysis and investigate variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Review financial data and develop insights to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Work with large datasets using Excel and analytical tools.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Communicate findings clearly to Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
