Job summary

SEIU Healthcare IL Benefit Funds seeks a Contributions & Eligibility Analyst to support the C&E Department with data analysis, enrollment trends, and policy matters. You will review bargaining agreements and generate reports to aid decision making, while ensuring accurate contributions and eligibility processing.

The role emphasizes professional communication with internal and external partners, handling sensitive information, and contributing to system improvements in a fast-paced hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in auditing, collections, or related business activities.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills; ability to drive strategy with data.

Responsibilities

• Read collective bargaining agreements to determine contribution basis.
• Analyze eligibility reports to identify trends and forecast issues.
• Create reports, charts, and graphs to promote analysis and discussion.
• Provide monthly discrepancy and delinquency reports to support collections.
• Backup for Finance Analyst as C&E Technology Liaison and for Eligibility Assistant during month-end tasks.
