Job summary

Horizon Science Academy Cincinnati is seeking an Elementary Instruction Coach to join our team. The role focuses on designing and delivering developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with student goals and data.

You will coach teachers to foster a high-expectation classroom culture and support college preparation for all students. Responsibilities include partnering with faculty and leadership to regularly review student performance data, share best practices, and collaborate to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related field.
• Candidate holds or is pursuing an Ohio teaching certificate in the taught subject.
• Strong data literacy to inform instruction and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support the school's mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies toward students, parents/guardians and coworkers.
• Design and deliver curriculum and instruction reflecting observations and goals of individual children.
• Coach a classroom culture of high expectations including college preparation for all students.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to review student data for ongoing refinement of instruction.
