Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an EHSQ Analyst to transform safety, quality, and fleet data into actionable insights and proactive safety culture. The role emphasizes data governance, reporting, and LMS program support.

You'll work in an office environment with flexibility and collaboration across Safety, Risk, and Fleet teams, focusing on accurate analytics and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years reporting and analytics experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets, spot patterns, build streamline tools, and translate complex concepts into clear reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean, structure, and govern data from internal and external sources, applying rigorous standards to ensure accuracy and integrity across Safety, Risk, and Fleet departments.
• Design, produce, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly EHSQ reports while proactively identifying and fulfilling ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Analyze operational data to deliver actionable insights on safety, training, quality metrics, and associated organizational costs.
• Evaluate current data, workflows, and reports to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
• Conduct periodic data audits in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain data consistency.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing management of current and future Learning Management System (LMS) programs.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
