Job summary

You will train teams, advocate for wellbeing, and drive data-informed safety initiatives across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Prior EHS experience or a related degree is required along with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 knowledge and Word/Excel

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR; A Bachelor’s degree in EHS-relevant background OR; 6 months experience performing in a safety-related role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matter involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies and risk assessments.
• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Transform safety data into narratives to influence positive change and engagement.
