Job summary

Hana Cloud Solutions LLC in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking a skilled full-stack/data engineering professional to own system upgrade features and build robust data pipelines. You will write clean code, perform unit tests, and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

You will collaborate with core teams to implement new features that streamline store operations and ensure scalable data flow between stores and headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in full-stack development or data engineering with software duties.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring framework and modern web tech.
• Strong Python data processing and ETL pipeline development skills.
• Proficient in SQL/RDBMS querying and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern web architectures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific tasks or features within system upgrades.
• Write clean, efficient code and perform unit testing to meet standards.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate to design and implement features simplifying store operations.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines with minimal supervision.
• Implement data transformations, cleaning, and aggregation for scalable pipelines.
• Perform data validation for inventory and sales data integrity.
• Collaborate with data analysts to map business data needs to pipelines.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and implement continuous improvements for faster releases.
• Maintain development environments and troubleshoot to ensure productivity.
• Work with Development and Operations on best practices and cross-functional projects.
