Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to join the AR Shared Services team. The role focuses on analytical, data-driven collections, KPI dashboards, and cash-flow reporting in a multi-school portfolio.

You will partner with Treasury to support cash flow accuracy and work with external agencies on escalations, ensuring invoices are posted timely and accessible to parents through the Zenda portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, collections, AR, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Power Query experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/billing systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Zenda) a plus.
• Understanding of ECL concepts and AR risk analysis preferred.
• Experience coordinating with external collection agencies and/or legal counsel.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Excellent communication across AR, Treasury, and school finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze accounts receivable aging, collections performance, and past-due trends across all schools.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility.
• Identify at-risk accounts and help plan collections strategy and outreach.
• Partner with AR and school teams to develop and track structured collections plans.
• Work with Treasury to reflect collections activity in cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with external agencies and legal counsel on escalation beyond standard collections.
• Support ECL calculations and AR risk analysis with data-driven insights.
• Reconcile billing systems to ensure invoices are posted on time and accessible via the parent portal.
