Job summary

Nord Anglia Education seeks a Credit & Collections Analyst to join the AR Shared Services team in a hybrid Miami-based role. You will analyze accounts receivable, build KPI dashboards, and drive proactive collections across our school portfolio, partnering with Treasury to ensure accurate cash flow and timely invoicing through the Zenda portal.

You will coordinate with external agencies, manage ECL considerations, and enhance billing reconciliations while translating data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of credit, collections, AR, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Experience with ERP/billing systems such as Dynamics 365/BC or Zenda is a plus.
• Understanding of ECL concepts and AR risk analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze accounts receivable aging, collections performance, and past-due trends across all schools and entities.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership visibility into collections and portfolio risk.
• Identify at-risk accounts and help plan collections strategy and outreach.
• Collaborate with AR and school teams to develop structured collections plans.
• Coordinate with Treasury for accurate cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with external agencies and legal counsel on escalations and referrals.
• Support ECL analyses and AR risk assessments with data-driven insights.
• Reconcile billing systems to ensure timely invoice posting and access via Zenda.
