Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics.
• Strong data analysis and business acumen.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics operating cost structures, particularly warehousing, transportation, procurement, labor, and leases costs.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; SQL/Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business & Cost Analysis: Analyze and monitor business performance and cost data; identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Cost Data Management & Governance: Improve cost data definitions, collection, allocation, and accounting processes.
• Cost Analysis for Key Business Areas: Analyze warehousing, transportation, procurement, leases, labor, and consumables costs.
• Cost Optimization & Improvement Initiatives: Develop targeted cost optimization plans and drive execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Partner with Procurement, Network Planning, Operations, Finance to implement initiatives.
• Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Track cost improvements and document best practices.
