Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in data governance, compliance, or analytics.
• Proficient in managing and analyzing large datasets with intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Understanding of contracts, data sharing, and publication rights; apply attorney guidance.
• Familiar with family history records and related content for compliance reviews.
• Experience using JIRA or similar issue-tracking systems.
• Ability to learn multiple internal systems and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, growth-minded and able to deliver high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities

• JIRA management: identify and document metadata issues and close tickets efficiently.
• Review attorney interpretations of contracts and determine data sharing conditions.
