Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain coding performance dashboards and reporting.
- Monitor key operational and financial metrics to support decision-making.
- Identify coding quality, denial trends, reimbursement outcomes, and workflow risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with coding leadership, IT, vendors, and operations to optimize processes and technology.
