Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Behavior Technician in Los Angeles to provide clinic and home-based therapy sessions. Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Some ABA experience and at least 2 years of experience with adolescents or adults with profound disabilities.
• Ability to pass a post-offer physical examination and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supports participants diagnosed with autism and severe behaviors.
• Collects data through direct observation using tailored interventions.
• Teaches socially appropriate behaviors identified in treatment plans.
