Sage, a NY-based software company improving care for older adults, seeks a Client Success Associate to drive adoption of Sage Core, Sage Detect, and Sage Insight. You’ll monitor engagement, provide proactive support, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes for communities and caregivers.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management or similar).
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for enabling technology-driven success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Comfort using data analytics and visualization tools to track success metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborates across Sales, Product and Marketing to advocate for customers.

Mansioni

• Act as primary point of contact for clients at the community level; provide training and support as needed.
• Surface Sage super-users to communities and campaigns for engagement.
• Identify at-risk communities and address churn or disengagement proactively.
• Ensure measurable ROI by leveraging Sage data for operational decisions.
• Drive adoption and engagement by delivering personalized, data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Sales to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
• Train community managers on Sage Analytics to enable data-driven operations.
