Job summary

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop category strategies, support launches, optimize pricing, and identify optimal retail channels.

Hybrid schedule: three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Category Management or related commercial role.
• Experience with consumer products across CPG or medical devices is a plus.
• Experience using syndicated market data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, GfK, Numerator).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Develop category strategies and support new product launches.
• Assist pricing, assortment decisions, and retail channel planning.
• Create dashboards and presentations for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain.
