ReaderLink seeks a Category Advisor for Walmart to drive category growth by translating data into insights that shape merchandising, assortment, pricing, space allocation, and promotions. You will build partnerships with Walmart teams, create best-in-class dashboards, and influence strategic planning with analytics.

The role requires 5+ years in category management or shopper insights in CPG/retail (Walmart experience preferred) and strong Excel, Circana, SQL, Power BI skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of category management or shopper insights experience in CPG/retail with Walmart or top-tier mass merchants.
• Minimum seven (7) years as a category advisor preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Circana; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Translate data into compelling stories; VP/C-level presentation experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL; BI tools and space planning software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead comprehensive category analysis using Scintilla, Circana, and Walmart data platforms.
• Deliver insights that influence merchandising, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Build partnerships with Walmart merchant teams for Line Reviews and QBRs.
• Deliver dashboards tracking sales, market share, and initiative impact.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on shopper behavior and basket patterns.
• Develop planogram recommendations and lead assortment analyses.
• Coordinate with .Com, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align strategies.
• Provide retailer with industry sales forecasts with advanced analytics.
• Conduct market research surveys and share long-term category development ideas.
