Job summary

ReaderLink seeks a Category Advisor, Walmart, to drive category growth and strengthen our partnership with Walmart. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for merchandising, assortment, pricing, space allocation, and promotions, elevating ReaderLink’s analytics reputation.

You will lead analyses across book categories using Scintilla and Circana data, build dashboards of sales and market share, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Analytics/Marketing/Finance or related.
Master's degree preferred in Business Analytics/Marketing/Finance.
Minimum 5 years in category management, shopper insights, or analytics in CPG/retail; Walmart/top-tier mass merchant experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead category analysis using Scintilla, Circana, and Walmart data platforms.
Deliver insights influencing merchandising, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Build partnerships with Walmart merchants as trusted category advisor for Line Reviews and QBRs.
Create dashboards tracking sales, market share, and initiative impact; conduct deep-dive analyses.
