Job summary

Agape Child & Family Services in Memphis, TN is seeking a TeamWorks Career Services Supervisor to supervise Connectors and lead workforce development programs within the Powerlines Community Network. You will ensure fidelity of program delivery, manage data entry in Penelope, and generate caseload reports and dashboards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in workforce development, plus two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in workforce development.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating services in a community-based setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead Connectors to achieve outcomes.
• May carry a caseload to support participants.
• Coordinate events and activities on-site for program participants.
• Maintain current and accurate documentation of services.
• Use Penelope and other systems to enter data and generate reports.
• Ensure program fidelity and data collection across TeamWorks.
• Provide regular reporting to grants and funding sources.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development Coordinator for training.
• Attend meetings and represent Agape in partner events.
