Job summary

Hyde Aviation is building a data-driven business development function in the business aircraft brokerage industry and recruiting college students for a structured, supervised internship. Business Development Associates work on Hyde Aviation's transaction pipeline, applying market and registry data to identify and advance opportunities with aircraft owners and buyers nationwide.

You'll have a personal production target (~$1.5M in aircraft value over the program) and exposure to tens of millions

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with data and quantitative reasoning.
• Available for 16–18 hours per week.
• National search; Oklahoma, Texas, and New York preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage opportunities with aircraft owners and buyers nationwide.
• Maintain a personal production target within the program.
• Work 16–18 hours per week with supervision and reporting.
• Participate in assessment and interview process.
