Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a data/IS related field.
• Experience building BI solutions, reports, analytics, data integration, or automation.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with data from multiple systems and sources.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of data quality, validation, reconciliation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data solutions, and workflow automations.
• Translate operational and financial data into accurate, actionable business insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between systems and reporting tools.
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual processes.
• Improve spreadsheet-driven processes with scalable solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of developed solutions.
• Establish reporting logic and documentation standards.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and automation.
