We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business operations and technology. The right person will be comfortable sitting with an operational leader who says, We spend hours every week putting this report together, or We have this information in three different systems and can't easily see what we need, and then determining how data, reporting, integration, or automation can solve the problem. Success in this role means creating solutions that are accurate, useful, scalable, documented, and sustainable—while reducing manual work and giving leaders better information to make decisions.
