Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions seeks a Data Analyst to develop scalable analytics, reporting, and automation solutions. The role blends hands-on data analysis with dashboard development, workflow automation, and business intelligence.

The candidate will design dashboards with Power BI and QuickSight, build Dataiku workflows, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R. Hybrid work in the DC area is offered with a contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku, including workflows and reusable analytics solutions.
• Experience developing dashboards with Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools and Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience developing user-friendly analytical applications or interfaces.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and technical documentation.
• Power Automate experience is preferred.
• Financial services or capital markets experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and decision-support tools using Power BI, QuickSight, and related technologies.
• Build, test, and maintain Dataiku workflows and reusable analytics components.
• Analyze and integrate large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools.
• Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and user-friendly applications.
• Perform statistical and advanced analytics to identify trends and solve business problems.
• Create process maps, document business requirements, and maintain technical documentation.
• Deliver demos, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for end users and team members.
• Support data quality, data governance, and repeatable processes.
• Present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
