Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Benefits Specialist III to lead U.S. retirement plan administration, leave-of-absence programs, and Canadian RRSP integration, working with Fidelity, WTW, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible benefits administration experience, including retirement plan experience.
• Leave-of-absence administration experience strongly preferred.
• U.S. defined contribution plans required; defined benefit/pension experience preferred.
• Canadian retirement programs and RRSP exposure preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. defined contribution retirement plans and support remaining defined benefit/pension obligations.
• Oversee leave-of-absence programs and resolve escalations with internal partners.
• Administer Canadian RRSP programs and lead acquisition integration activities.
• Prepare, reconcile, and analyze benefits data for leadership and audits.
• Collaborate with vendors and HR systems to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
