Responsibilities

• Lead internal B2B results and business planning.
• Define problems by consulting with business partners.
• Develop and oversee research and experimentation; implement into BAU processes.
• Synthesize analyses and findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare materials, including presentations and case studies.
• Provide SME to derive insights from complex data.
• Verify data quality and reasonableness.
• Deliver data with actionable insight to the business.
• Stay abreast of industry, market, and competitive trends.
• Inform senior management of key industry and product trends.
• Recommend new capabilities and services.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
