Job summary

Walmart is seeking a proactive Asset Protection Leader for the Return Center in Greenfield, IN. You will guide data-driven decisions to safeguard people, property, and products while ensuring compliant, efficient fulfillment operations.

Lead investigations, implement loss prevention strategies, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights to leadership, and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence at the site.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety, Audit, or related field.
• Experience in asset protection, investigations, or EH&S within supply chain, retail, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data analytics and center technologies to identify risks and improve performance.
• Drive process improvements, build ROI cases, and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Support environmental, health, and safety compliance within the fulfillment center.
• Document SOPs for ecommerce fulfillment and asset protection operations.
• Lead investigations, monitor shrinkage, and develop loss prevention strategies.
• Present insights to site and regional leadership and drive accountability.
• Guide teams to adopt best practices and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee OSHA compliance and coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and coach staff in continuous improvement methods.
