Job summary

Walmart, Inc. is seeking a Manager I, Asset Protection for the Sam's Club / Walmart Supply Chain network in Greenfield, IN. You will lead data-driven loss prevention initiatives, develop business cases, and oversee safety and environmental compliance across the distribution footprint.

The role emphasizes data analytics, dashboard creation, incident investigations, audit support, and training on emergency procedures while partnering with leadership to protect assets and people.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
• Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 year experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
• Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality and leverage data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide complex business issue solutions and develop business cases with projected returns on investment or cost savings.
• Operate and maintain tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
• Recognize and investigate security breaches, thefts, and vandalism, implementing access control procedures and maintaining loss prevention records.
• Coordinate and support regulatory visits, prepare audit reports, and implement methods to improve and control key processes.
• Design emergency evacuation plans, train evacuation leaders, and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific health and safety guidelines.
• Engage with team members to establish credibility, analyze stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively to drive business solutions.
