Job summary

Sam's Club in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Manager 1, Asset Protection to safeguard associates and assets across our supply chain. You will leverage data analytics and dashboards to inform leadership and drive loss prevention initiatives with strong compliance focus.

Responsibilities include investigating security incidents, coordinating regulatory visits, and training teams on emergency procedures per OSHA guidelines to strengthen safety across operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
• Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 year in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or EHS within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing.
• Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or EHS within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Use data analytics and dashboards to support stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop business cases with projected ROI or cost savings.
• Maintain tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution; ensure environmental compliance.
• Investigate security incidents and implement access controls; maintain records.
• Coordinate regulatory visits and prepare audit reports; improve key processes.
• Design and train for emergency evacuation plans; ensure OSHA compliance.
