Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating learning outcomes assessment in higher education.
• Knowledge of regional accreditation (Middle States preferred).
• Experience with program review tracking and improvement actions.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course and program learning outcomes assessment with departments.
• Coordinate AES assessment and document assessment plans.
• Manage assessment management platform, reports, and templates.
• Consult with faculty on curriculum mapping and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze student learning outcomes data and identify equity gaps.
• Liaise between Institutional Research and Director of Assessment.
• Maintain integrated evidence calendar and coordinate reporting.
• Build assessment capacity through workshops and development offerings.
• Track completion and closing-the-loop documentation.
• Maintain dashboards with program health metrics.
• Follow up on program reviews and accreditors recommendations.
• Support accreditation mapping to MSCHE standards.
• Assist with grant-related data collection and reporting.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
