Get Engaged Media is a dynamic digital marketing company seeking an analytical Accountant to join our Finance team. You will manage core transactions, support month-end close, and develop data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with QuickBooks and data platforms. Hybrid environment with opportunities to impact financial performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and preferably experience in operational accounting or Big 4 public accounting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
• Familiarity with data platforms and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction activity including A/P and A/R and day-to-day financial records.
• Perform month-end close duties and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain and update the general ledger and assist in financial reporting.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and present insights clearly.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and budgets.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and financial performance improvements.
