Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or AZ teaching certification or 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and data-driven instructional mindset.
• Background check clearance and IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using AMS curriculum frameworks.
• Differentiate instruction for varied abilities and use assessment data to plan interventions.
• Establish a structured, positive classroom environment with PBIS strategies.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and leaders to improve teaching practices.
• Engage families through regular progress updates and conferences.
