Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or AZ teaching certification or 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management and data-driven instructional mindset.
• Commitment to serving Title I and multilingual communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction aligned to AMS curriculum frameworks.
• Differentiate instruction to support students at or above and below grade level.
• Use formative/summative data to drive instructional planning and interventions.
• Build foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Establish a structured, positive classroom environment with PBIS.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in PLCs.
• Engage families through conferences and strong home-school partnerships.
