Job summary

AMS Impact Group in Phoenix campuses is seeking a Kindergarten–2nd Grade Teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year through our evergreen talent pool. This role focuses on rigorous, standards‑based instruction and a positive classroom culture to support scholars’ growth.

You will collaborate with instructional leaders, differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and engage families while maintaining records and participating in professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field or
• Arizona Teaching Certificate or
• Minimum of three years of successful K–12 teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons aligned with state standards and network curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners' needs.
• Establish a positive, structured classroom environment.
• Use student data to drive instructional decisions and monitor progress.
• Build strong relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in professional development and grade-level collaboration.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and grades.
• Support school-wide events and family engagement.
