Job summary

Monzo is seeking a strategic data leader to own the learning loop for EU expansion and co-own the product development loop. You will set the data strategy and lead goal-setting with EU Leadership and Finance.

You'll shape product and commercial strategy for new European markets, build and lead a high-performing, full-stack Data team, and drive company-wide alignment on goals and metrics. This role can be based in London, Barcelona, or UK remote. Stock options accompany the role.
