Job summary

HIKE2 is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Data & Databricks to lead complex data and analytics engagements. You will translate technical work into executable plans, manage delivery, and partner with Databricks architects, data engineers, and client stakeholders.

You\'ll drive Jira-based execution, manage risks, and ensure adherence to HIKE2\'s playbooks, delivering measurable business outcomes in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience leading data or analytics platform implementations.
• Experience managing technical engineering teams and complex workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
• Excellent client-facing communication and status reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution and operating rhythm of assigned data projects (Databricks).
• Bridge technical delivery, client priorities, and business outcomes the platform enables.
• Maintain the Jira board as the source of truth for project execution.
• Ensure work is defined, prioritized, assigned, estimated, and progressing.
• Run project ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Produce and distribute the Weekly Pulse Report with progress, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decisions, and resource plans.
• Translate technical work into an executable project plan for clients.
