Job summary

HIKE2 is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep Databricks experience to design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms on Azure. You will own end-to-end data solutions, from architecture through production operations, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and ensure scalable, secure data workflows while balancing speed and quality across greenfield and complex environments.

Qualifications

• Deep Databricks expertise for end-to-end lakehouse solutions.
• Experience with Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake.
• Terraform and CI/CD automation for Databricks platforms.
• Ability to mentor engineers and guide architecture.
• Experience with Azure cloud and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale Databricks data platforms on Azure.
• Develop batch and streaming data pipelines for high-volume sources.
• Lead architecture decisions for enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Mentor and guide other data engineers and analysts.
