Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Databricks Project Manager to own integrated project plans, budgets, risk, and change control for medium to large data engagements.

You will tailor methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and manage vendor and client IT delivery, enforcing governance and producing executive-level updates. You’ll influence timelines, secure buy-in from IT and business leaders, and help set repeatable PM standards with the Databricks team.

Formación

• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering data platform or IT projects (Databricks, Snowflake, cloud data warehouses).
• Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy required.
• PM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own integrated project plans including scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and baseline changes; support SOW and change management.
• Own risk mitigation and issue resolution with clear documentation.
• Drive change control and governance at the project level.
• Influence IT timelines and decisions across stakeholders; build buy-in.
• Design dashboards and executive updates highlighting risk and progress.
• Collaborate with Databricks practice leadership to standardize PM practices.
• Travel up to 20% for client engagements.
