Job summary

The role supports 24x7 operations with 12-hour day shifts on a compressed work week. The position is a 36‑month contract, requiring 5+ years of factory automation operational experience and proficiency in SQL/DB

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with relational database technologies and database engineering or administration support.
• 1+ years of experience with automated monitoring and alerting systems.
• 5+ years of experience providing operational support in a factory automation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for database systems and data-loader processes, resolving complex production issues.
• Maintain databases and monitor data flow for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to address performance bottlenecks.
• Apply Agile methodologies and ITIL incident management for effective resolutions.
• Support 24x7 operations, including 12-hour day shifts on a compressed week.
• Implement procedures to ensure adherence to system protocols and improve efficiency.
• Leverage automated monitoring and alerting systems to proactively resolve issues.
