Job summary

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Data Coordinator to provide back-up support to Data Managers, oversee the gift processing team, and assist with gift entry, acknowledgment, deposits, and reconciliation in the fundraising database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 3 years of office experience; nonprofit gift processing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Data Managers.
• Oversee workflow and data entry for gifts.
• Process gifts and generate tax receipts.
• Assist with deposits, reconciliation, and database clean-up.
• Answer main phone line and manage inquiries.
