Job summary

The University of Kentucky Center for the Environment seeks a Data Coordinator for a large multi-site research project. You will perform data coordination, data monitoring and data entry to ensure complete records and accurate reporting.

You will collaborate on data protocol cross-walks with the All of Us study, communicate findings to site staff, and enter results into REDCap. Preferred candidates hold a Master’s in a scientific field and have about three years of experience in research,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a scientific field required.
• 3 years of experience in research, scientific writing and community education preferred.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data across multiple sites and ensure data quality and completeness.
• Monitor data flow and identify missing reports and data.
• Enter data into REDCap and maintain project records.
• Collaborate with the All of Us study team on data protocols and cross-walk exercises.
• Prepare summary reports and communicate findings to research staff and field sites.

Job Summary

Duties will include but are not limited to data coordination, data monitoring, and data entry. The position will ensure record completion, identify missing reports and data, collaborate on a cross walk exercise of project data and protocols with the All of Us research study, communicate findings with research staff and field sites, write summary reports, and enter data into Redcap.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Scientific writing, ability to find missing data, data entry, Microsoft Office, and REDcap experience preferred.
