Some slightly technical work is involved, such as reviewing file contents and manipulating data in Excel. This position requires outstanding communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and assure data quality and productivity standards are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in new client setup, configure SFTP connectivity and verify standardized format of data
  • Work from online reports to manage a personal daily work queue
  • Request and ensure receipt of data from third parties
  • Track and document the flow of data from external sources in a customer relationship management system (SalesForce); clearly communicate status of tasks; follow up on problems and exceptions
  • Handle multiple requests for clients and internal teams simultaneously, tracking detailed communication threads
  • Work collaboratively with many different teams across the company
  • Learn and understand the business issues and data challenges of the industry
  • Assist with ongoing quality control and identify process issues
  • Over time the candidate will develop skills in healthcare data processes, Salesforce, data manipulation tools, and project management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of experienced in a coordinator role: handling administrative duties, working with and manipulating files and folders; taking ownership of projects and seeing them through
  • Good interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with personal computers; ability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and experience in process documentation
