Location: San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining statistical reports.
• Responsible for updating and inputting data into SAP.
• Responsible for answering telephone calls and providing information/directions to both internal and external contacts.
• Responsible for maintaining paper file records.
• Responsible for collecting, reviewing and inputting data into a computer processing system.
• Maintaining control logs, records and coding schemes to process source data using pre-established guidelines to perform the function.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving production related errors.

Ideal candidate will have

• Experience of data entry and SAP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience of spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.
• Experience of data input, transaction processing and data extraction.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
